Shipping and Credits for Returns and Exchanges
We guard our good name by delivering the products and services homeowners need, and back it up with great customer service. Most items purchased online or off the truck can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Call us at 254-547-6087 for return instructions.
We only ship and receive products to / from the continental United States.
High-value and oversized items can be returned to our truck:
High-value items (a single item that costs $300 or more or two or more of the same product that total $300 or more) and orders must be shipped via a shipping carrier designated by Ables Top Hat Chimney Sweeps. Please email or call Customer Service at 254-547-6087 and we will assist you with the return process. You might be responsible for freight charges for return under certain circumstances.
Oversize items such as chimney pots, inserts, and other items weighing more than 100 pounds may be returned shipped by freight to the manufacturer. To return an oversize item, please email or call Customer Service at 254-547-6087 and we will assist you with the return process.
To ensure that your high-value or oversize item return is processed correctly, please follow these packing instructions:
Box the item securely.
Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
Tape the box closed.
Follow the return instructions given to you by customer service.
When the original item is received by our truck or manufacturer, we will process your return request. If you are not requesting a replacement item, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping. If you changed your mind on the purchase you will be responsible for the return freight charge as well as any restocking charges that may be incurred.
